Copper Tubing
Copper tubing, also called copper pipe, is commonly used in plumbing, heating, cooling, and other systems. Lightweight copper is antimicrobial, durable, and more resistant to corrosion than other metals.
Easy to Use: Can bend and deform, they can often be made into elbows and joints. Smooth bending allows copper tubes to bend at any angle.
Material: UNS C12200 grade copper(easy to work with, excellent thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, and durability)
Standard & Certification: Meet ASTM-B280 requirement.
Manufacturing Process:
-Precision cutting(tolerance ±0.3mm)
-Nitrogen charging treatment
-Prevents oxidation, removes impurities, tests pressure, and prevents condensation
-Muti-layer bubble film packing
Type ACR
Annealed type ACR copper tubing exhibits excellent thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, and durability.
Not only used for refrigerator, freezer and air conditioner as refrigeration tubing coil, but also used as a HVAC system pipe or ACR tubing and for DIY projects, crafts, architectural models, architectural decoration, frame, industry, electrical and thermal conductivity, etc.
